On your behalf, NC State and the College of Management are working extremely hard to raise awareness of the quality of our students among the international, national, state, and local communities, to attract more firms to our career fairs and increase your job search options. We also provide several services, tools and workshops to help prepare you for the career fairs and other job-search activities that are part of this important stage in your life.

Events

The College of Management works with the University Career Center and other organizations to arrange career fairs and other recruiting events. These are very useful opprtunities for you to talk with recruiters about career opportunities and to begin interviewing. Check the college's Events listings for upcoming sessions.

e-Pack

The e-Pack system is a major resource for your career search at NC State. The College of Management Career Services team wants each student to understand the benefits of the University Career Services' e-Pack recruiting system. It is the means through which employers connect with NC State students, and enables you to:

  • Upload resumes electronically
  • Search and apply for jobs and internships
  • Contact employers in the Career Services database
  • Participate in on-campus interviewing
