Mission
To be a national and international thought leader in enterprise risk management (ERM) and in the implementation of ERM in strategy development and corporate governance.
Purpose
With the help of a $1 million commitment from the Bank of America Foundation, the NC State ERM Initiative is pioneering the development of this emergent discipline through outreach to business professionals, with our ongoing ERM Roundtable Series; research, advancing knowledge and understanding of ERM issues; and undergraduate and graduate business education for the next generation of business executives.
