Registration Information

ERM Fundamentals:  A Workshop is a one-day intensive overview of the critical elements of an ERM approach to top-down risk management.  Emphasis will be placed on critical success factors for an effective launch of an ERM program, including the integration of ERM and strategic planning to ensure ERM practices preserve and enhance stakeholder value. 

Who Should Attend? 

Managers, executives, or board members of organizations either considering or just beginning to implement an ERM program.

Participants will gain practical knowledge on these core ERM elements:

  • Connecting ERM and Strategy: It’s All About Adding Value
  • Event Identification: Building a Risk Portfolio
  • Risk Assessment: Prioritizing Risk Probability and Impact
