ERM Fundamentals: A Workshop is a one-day intensive overview of the critical elements of an ERM approach to top-down risk management. Emphasis will be placed on critical success factors for an effective launch of an ERM program, including the integration of ERM and strategic planning to ensure ERM practices preserve and enhance stakeholder value.
