Facility Updates
Port City Java now open in Nelson Hall
A Port City Java coffeehouse is now open daily in the Nelson Commons. In addition to coffee, cold drinks and smoothies, the café serves fresh pastries and sandwiches. It is managed by Univeristiy Dining Servics. It will be open 7:30 a.m. to 3 p..m. Monday through Friday until the start of the fall semester. Then it will be open from 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and until 3 p.m. on Fridays.
Steam shutdown in Nelson Hall July 14-16
There will be a steam shutdown in Nelson from July 14-16. This means that there will be no hot water to warm the chilled water that regulates the building's A/C. On these days, cold offices, rooms and areas will not be reported as cold. Please open a window or dress warmly.
