The rubric used to assess oral communication utilizes a rating scale of 1 (poor) to 4 (excellent). This rubric was adapted from the Ohio State University’s oral communications rubric.
The rubric used to assess professionalism utilizes a rating scale of 1 (unacceptable) to 4 (exemplary) . This rubric was adapted from the University of Scranton, Kania School of Management’s oral communications and presentation rubrics.
Ethics Rubric PDF
The rubric used to assess ethics utilizes a rating scale of 1 (unacceptable) to 5 (excellent). This rubric was design by Dr. Greg Young of North Carolina State University, College of Management.
Global Awareness PDF
The rubric used to assess global awareness utilizes a rating scale of 1 (not proficient) to 3 (proficientt). This rubric was adapted from California State University at East Bay’s global awareness.
Diversity Rubric PDF
This rubric is divided into two sections: (1) categories of diversity and (2) content of diversity essay. This rubric was adapted from University of Michigan’s diversity awareness rubric.
Note: Some program-level learning objectives do not require rubrics as the assessment is embedded in an automated activity (i.e. basic quantitative, critical thinking, information and business technology, and discipline specific knowledge).
