Digital Measures

The college is using an online annual report system, starting with spring 2007. The service is provided by Digital Measures, which is being used by over 200 academic institutions.

Each college employee who is required to complete an annual report should have a record in Digital Measures.

  • Access. To log in to your file in Digital Measures, please go to this website.
  • You will be prompted to enter the front part of your email address; i.e., anna_rzewnicki ...
  • You will then be asked to enter your password. If you don't recall the password that was initially given to you by Digital Measures, you can select the 'request your password' option at the top of the screen, or you can contact Anna Rzewnicki.
  • Once you enter the system for the first time, you will be asked to change your password to assure security. I will not have your password if you have already accessed the system and changed from the initial default password that was provided. You will need to use the 'request' option on the sign-in page.
  • Basic information has been preloaded into your record, using university HR data. Please review and make changes as needed.
  • If you have any concerns with the fields, would like to request new fields, or have other problems, contact Anna Rzewnicki.
  • If time is a factor, please concentrate on your personal data and your academic and professional activities going back to 2004. This will provide the college the reporting information needed for AACSB accredition when we are ready for that process.
  • Student assistants can help enter data as needed. The college communications office can provide some support for this, or can provide training for student workers in departments, so that they can help their faculty members.
