New website ready for viewing... and feedback!

You may have heard that the college's website has been getting a navigation and architecture tune-up, plus a face lift. Here's your sneak preview!

When you have a moment, please click on any of the navigation links on this newsletter page, or on the college's logo at the top leftl that will get you to the rest of the college's website. Please take few minutes to look around. If you discover any problems or confusing navigation, please send a note to Anna Rzewnicki.

Many thanks to staff who have taken on the challenge of keeping their area's portion of the website updated; without them, this conversion to the new site would not have happened so quickly and efficiently. Kudos to Tamah Morant, assistant director, Grad Econ Programs; Andrea Young, ERM and MAC program coordinator; Jen Arthur, assistant director, MBA; Janice Wetherbee, advisor, Undergrad Programs; Maressa Briel Hakos, MBA recruiting coordinator. We also thank the web tech wizard that Cross & Associates found for us, Jason Cooper. He also developed the MBA Jobs Board for recruiters and students.

Staff in other offices are welcome to help maintain their parts of the website, using Contribute. A new style guide will be developed soon to help maintain the integrity of the website design and structure, while allowing room for technical and other enhancements.

Now that the majority of the work has been done, we will be building out the remaining Centers & Initiatives, the academic discipline areas, such as finance, marketing, etc., and making any remaining improvements needed.

We anticipate flipping the switch to make our new site go live Tuesday night, so that students will receive their ENEWS on the new site on Wednesday. Any feedback by Tuesday morning would be greatly appreciated. Please send comments to Anna Rzewnicki or to the 'web team member' in your area.

Once the new website goes live, individual academic programs and departments will be maintaining the editorial content for their areas, using Contribute. Staff who have not yet received training in Contribute are encouraged to contact Anna Rzewnicki to make arrangements.
