Research Development

• Welcome to the Office of Research Development. This office provides support to faculty in seeking grant money for research projects and administering awarded projects. Our goal is to help faculty obtain sponsored funds that will most successfully support the conduct of high-quality research and the dissemination of promising results to the academic, business, and policy communities.

  Pre-award services to faculty include assistance in identifying funding sources, project and budget planning, analyzing requests for proposals, organizing and designing proposals, partner identification and facilitation, internal and external proposal processing. When sponsored projects are awarded this office provides assistance with financial information for project reports, processing changes requiring prior sponsor approval, cost share set ups and certifications, and project closeouts.

  The Office of Research Development is dedicated to providing the highest level of service to our faculty in the pursuit and execution of sponsored research.
