REGISTRATION FOR CPA EXAM
If you are planning to take the Audit section of the CPA Exam in May and the Financial and Regulation sections in July/August, it is time to register for these sections with the North Carolina State Board.
For those of you who registered for and took Business Environment in January/February, you should use a Re-Exam Application for the exam, since the State Board already has you in the system. If you haven't registered for or taken any sections of the exam yet, you need to file an initial application. You can find the forms at: http://www.cpaboard.state.nc.us/

FOCUS GROUPS FOR FEEDBACK
As we get closer to the end of the school year, we will hold three meetings to get student feedback regarding the MAC Program. This is a good opportunity for us to learn what you feel are the program's strengths as well as opportunities to enhance or improve the program.
We will meet on Wednesday, April 9 , Monday, April 14, and Tuesday, April 15. All meetings will be from 11:30 am - 1:00 pm in the Board Room. Please email Andrea if you would like to volunteer to attend and provide us with feedback on the program! As a small token of our appreciation we'll provide lunch. Please let Andrea know if you prefer a vegetarian meal.
We'd like to have 8-10 participants at each meeting and would prefer to have three different groups. Our discussions will be held in confidence and feedback will be reported in an anonymous manner.
Topics we will open for discussion: curriculum, new classes, electives, CPA review course, MAC lab, career services, out of class opportunities, orientation, admissions (attracting students tot he program), etc..
This is a great way for you to tell us your thoughts related to the program. Please consider volunteering!
