Congratulations Class of 2008!!
GRADUATION EVENT - TONIGHT!
We look forward to seeing many of you at the graduation event tonight at Vaughn Towers, 6:00-8:00pm. Dress is business casual.
Directions to Carter-Finley Stadium:
From Trinity Road, turn into the parking lot at Gate C and park near the entrance to Vaughn Towers. Enter Vaughn Towers and take the elevator to the first floor.
PROFESSORS LOOKING FOR HELP
Need some extra cash? Professor Peace is in need of some students to help with some yard work this week - Thursday & Friday (May 8,9). Please contact him if you are interested: (919)781-9489.
Dr. Bradford is looking for a responsible student who is interested in making some extra money this summer. She needs someone to house and dog sit from June 14-28. You must love dogs (she has two) and be able to watch over her house responsibly.

GRADUATION INFORMATION
The College of Management Graduation Ceremony is slated to begin at 11:30 a.m on Saturday, May 10, 2008 at the RBC Center. This is the ceremony where you will walk across the stage when your name is called. It may begin 15-30 minutes late because the big University Graduation is at the RBC Center right before us. Here are some details you should know:
- Assemble in the North Service Area of the RBC Center at 10:45 a.m.
- Graduates will process and sit in alphabetical order by department
- Only diploma covers will be presented during the ceremony
- Undergraduates and graduate degrees will be awarded in the following order:
- Economics
- Accounting
- Business Management
- At the end of the ceremony, diplomas will be given out at the back of the RBC Center (available in Nelson 2150 on Monday, May 12, and sent to your permanent address after that)
- The College of Management ceremony lasts about 2 hours
- Unlimited number of friends and relatives may be invited - no tickets required
Professional Pictures
- As each graduate is handed his/her diploma, a picture will be taken by a professional photographer.
- Graduates will receive an email from the photographer with a link to the company's website and a password that allows you to view and order your graduation photos online.
- A free color proof will also be mailed to your permanent address so that you will have the opportunity to purchase these prints. You are under no obligation to purchase prints.
- If you do not receive a proof within a week of the ceremony, please contact the photographer by email or call 1-800-722-7033.
GA SATISFACTION SURVEY
Graduate Assistants - we will soon be sending out a GA satisfaction survey for you to complete. This survey will be used to get feedback on your experience as a GA during the academic year. Please take the time to fill it out for us.
CPA REVIEW
The next CPA review will be Regulation - Tax. Course packs will be available in advance of the review. Please email Andrea if you plan to attend the review. If you will not be attending and would still like a course pack please let her know that as well.
If you would like continued access to the computers in the MAC lab so you can use the Wiley software please email Andrea by Monday, May 12.

CPA Review 2008 Summer Schedule
Wiley CPA Exam Review Practice Software is installed on the two computers closest to the windows in the MAC lab. Please take advantage of this software to study this spring and summer.
ADDRESS AND NAME CHANGE UPDATES
VERY IMPORTANT- If you will not be attending graduation, your diploma will be mailed to the address Registration and Records has on file. Diplomas will be available in Nelson 2150 on Monday, May 12 only - after that they will be sent out. Please check in PackTracks to make sure your information is correct. If there are changes necessary, all changes are submitted to Registration and Records.

JUNE 12 - ALUMNI & NEW STUDENT SOCIAL
SAVE THE DATE - An official invitation will be going out in the next week. As new alumni you are invited to the attend our Alumni and New Student Social on Thursday, June 12 at Hi 5 Restaurant and Bar, Glenwood Avenue, from 5:30 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. Please try and come out to socialize with fellow alumni and the new MAC Class of 2009.
