Tuition and Billing Information
For updated information on course times and professors, please visit the university's MyPack Portal online course schedule.
All students (Main Campus and RTP) will receive tuition bills via email. The Cashier's Office will be sending electronic bills on July 14 and July 23. The tuition payment will be due on August 1. The date you receive your E-bill will depend on when you were officially admitted by the Graduate School. Payment after the deadline results in course schedule cancellation. Please be sure to add e_bill@ncsu.edu to your list of trusted senders. You may also check your bill by logging in to MyPack Portal. To login, you'll need your Unity/User ID and password, which you may get from Carol Smith in the MBA Program office.
For additional information regarding tuition and e-bills, please see: Electronic Billing.
RTP Student Bill Pay Information
You may pay your tuition bill online by credit card (ePay). The University accepts Master Card or Amercian Express. However, Visa or Discover are not an acceptable method of payment. For more information, please see: Payment Options.
Please send payment to Cashier's Office, 1101 Pullen Hall, Box 7213, NCSU, Raleigh, NC 27695 and include your name and Social Security number. Please visit the Cashier's Office Page for more information regarding changes in tuition.

Orientation is mandatory for all students and is critical for a smooth transition into the MBA program. Business casual attire is recommended. You will receive an MBA book bag at orientation, so you will not need to bring one.

As a courtesy, student ID pictures will be taken at orientation. The MBA Office will provide you with your student ID card after orientation. If you do not have your student ID picture taken at orientation, you will need to go to the AllCampus Card office and have your ID made. If you have not taken calculus and have questions about what could will fulfill the requirement, please contact the MBA Program.
Required Tests for Orientation
Students starting in Fall 2008 should complete the tests by July 1, 2008. The results of these tests will be used to assist the MBA Staff in developing effective teams that will be used throughout your classes.
Test #1:
Short Form for the IPIP-NEO
After completing this 120 question survey, you will receive an overall score in each of the five areas (Extraversion, Agreeableness, Conscientiousness, Neuroticism, and Openness to Experience). Be sure to save or write down your numerical score from each of the five areas, as you will not be able to access your score report after closing the page.
Test #2:
Humanmetrics Jung Typology Test (Similar to MBTI)
After completing this survey, write down your four-letter type.
Once you have completed the IPIP-NEO and the Jung Typology test, please Report your results.
Parking Permits
Part-time students do not need to purchase a parking permit, as the Dan Allen Parking Deck on main-campus is free after 5:00 p.m. Part-time students taking classes in RTP will not need a parking permit.
You may receive an automatic email from the Transportation Office stating that you will need to get a parking pass. You may disregard this email, as they send it out to all students, regardless of part-time status.
If you plan to park your car on campus occasionally between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., there is an hourly metered lot located in the bottom level of Dan Allen Parking Deck. However, if you do plan to be on campus on a regular basis from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., you will need a parking permit. To apply for your parking permit, you will need your student ID, Unity ID, and pin number, which you can get from Carol Smith, MBA student services assistant. You should apply as soon as possible, as parking permits sell out quickly.
