Wachovia Executive Lecture Series

The College of Management is pleased to present the Wachovia Executive Lectures Series each year, made possible through the generous support of Wachovia. Six business leaders are invited to speak to the college and Triangle area community during each academic year, three in the fall and three in the spring semesters.

What is podcasting?

Podcasts are content (usually audio) available to be downloaded through the internet. Podcasting is the act of delierving podcasts using RSS feeds.

Since we decided to make selected college events available through podcasts, that means when you subscribe, new podcasts of the lecture series will be downloaded to your computer.

Since podcasting includes audio files you need an aggregator, such as iTunes, that supports audio files. iTunes is available free from Apple Inc.

How do I subscribe to a podcast?

You can subscribe by clicking on the "Subscribe with iTunes" link on this webpage or by following the manual subscription directions below.

Subscribing Manually with iTunes

Step 1

Copy Podcast link. On Windows right click on [Podcast], select "Copy". On Mac Control-click on Podcast, select "Copy Link", or ,"Copy Shortcut."

Step 2

Open iTunes. iTunes is a free download from Apple.

Step 3

Under "Advanced" in the menu bar, select "Subscribe to Podcast" and paste the link. Click Ok.

Note: If you do not use iTunes, copy and paste the link into your podcasting aggregator.
