John McCreery, associate director, SPI executive education programs
Collaborates with the SPI team, the college's Executive Programs Office, faculty and companies to identify, develop and deliver executive programs.
Lynda Aiman-Smith, assistant director, SPI research programs
Works with SPI, its company partners and faculty to advance research in the area of services and product innovation management.
Steering Committee
The Steering Committee is responsible for making recommendations for SPI programs and activities to the Executive Director and implementing SPI activities and programs. Members are:
