Oct. 15, 2007 - Mitzi Montoya was invited by IBM to represent North Carolina State University at meetings in Washington, D.C. with the President’s Science and Technology Policy Advisor Dr. Jack Marburger.  Discussions will center on the Study on Service Science required under the America COMPETES Act.  She will also meet with program directors from the National Science Foundation and  House Science Committee Chairman Bart Gordon (D-TN). 

Oct. 10-11, 2007 - Tony O'Driscoll is one of the presenters at the Virtual Worlds Conference and Expo in San Jose, Calif.
