Executive Education

The SPI Initiative works in partnership with the college's Executive Programs office to develop and deliver a portfolio of educational programs for the corporate community.

Programs in the field of services innovation are currently being developed at four levels:

• Executive Workshop - for senior leadership
• Services Leadership Program - for existing leaders and those with high potential
• Services Innovation Professionals - for current service professionals across the organization
• Services Innovation Awareness - for everyone
